What would happen if you read a book about how to snowboard? You could learn a lot about the sport. You might find it fascinating. Some of it, you might even be able to try out and find some success with.
But what if you strapped a snowboard on your feet and went up the mountain with all that knowledge? You'd probably fall down a lot in the beginning. But with a good instructor and some dedication you could ultimately become a great snowboarder if you wanted.
This January 25 - 29 I'm taking "snowboarders" up the mountain of all the things I teach on the podcast. I'm going to be right by your side as you try out feeling more confident, having more patience with your kids, dealing with difficult people, making confident decisions, and yes...even conquering that weight loss or money goal once and for all.
I will teach a mini-workshop each day and bring volunteers onto the calls with me to ask questions and apply everything in real time to real life. It will be unlike anything I can do in podcast form as we go live and get real.
Each day of the week will be a new workshop taught by Jody and the chance to interact with her live to ask all your questions and get coached.
