Get to peace with food instead.
If you identify with some or all of these things, then you have an unhealthy relationship with food and your body. But don't feel bad. It's not your fault. We've all been socialized this way for most of our lives. And even better, it's not something you have to live with for the rest of your life. It's been conditioned in you and we can condition it out of you. My 4-week challenge will help you do exactly that.

I grew up in the same toxic environment you probably did when it comes to food and bodies. My mom has been on a diet for as long as I can remember. I always believed if I could just get thin enough I'd love myself but I also have a thing for donuts and a good cheeseburger.
I've lost weight and gained it back an embarrassing number of times, and I'm sorry to say that in the past at least 50% of my thoughts each day were about food and bodies.
And then I discovered that the real work to do was less about what I was eating and more about why I was eating it. It was about shame and trauma and loneliness and boredom. It was about the power I gave food in my life and learning to take that power back.
I'm not done on this journey. I still have work to do. But I'm a completely different person around this topic than I was even 5 years ago and the scale, my overall health, and my energy reflects that in all the ways I always wanted.
I've been coaching for over 10-years now and I have been trained at the best school on the planet (The Life Coach School). I've helped tens of thousands of people find peace and success and I can't wait to help you as well.
