I had been struggling with anxiety for several years (at least since 2012), even took medication for a couple years, which I do believe helped, and I also had been going to counseling. It was my counselor who told me about Jody’s podcast. That’s where I started. I am only in my second month in Be Bold, but “the more” that’s there has been elemental in my journey with anxiety. I no longer call it a battle. I can let it come and go. Feel it and move on.
If you’re considering joining just try it for one month. Dive into it, see what there is to offer. Join some of the calls (as many as you can), and be ready to notice a difference in yourself and your life! Then, if you really don’t think it’s doing anything for you, you can cancel at the end of that month. I really think you’re going to stay though. I did.
