I consider this program an investment in mental health which is just as important as physical health. It’s a life changing concept to realize your thoughts are not facts and you can change them. This program is easy to access, flexible with your schedule, and very affordable. There is no downside to giving it a try. I was a consumer of self-help podcasts and books for a long time, but didn’t put much into action until joining this program. This program has furthered my knowledge and I feel more committed to taking action because of the investment.
