I’m terrible at things like parenting, drinking enough water, and knowing what to say in most social settings, but I am an amazing coach. And listening to my podcast can be useful and make your problems a bit smaller and your day a bit lighter. At least that’s what they tell me.

For the past 8 years I’ve been teaching that happiness is something you can create with your thoughts. Knowing this is powerful for many people in many circumstances and I still believe it to be true. But even this explanation falls short at times.
Because happiness is complicated and personal and unique an ever shifting. Understanding this and leaning into it is what I call the art of happiness. It’s knowing that happiness is available at any moment but not always the most useful goal. It’s opening up to the various ways happiness comes most easily for each of us and then consciously choosing whether to take it or leave it.
It’s dynamic. It’s layered. And it’s what we will explore in this 3-day virtual workshop.

Each day will be a new mini-lesson taught by Jody and the chance to interact with her live to ask questions or get coached. We'll spend the majority of the time coaching.
